D'Beauty Secrets - Return & Shipping Policy

IMPORTANT: Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a coupon code. D'Beauty Secrets does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges (if applicable).


If the issue is deemed our fault (ie; we sent an incorrect product, color, size, or length) you can return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order. Simply contact our customer service for the return instruction. Our team is always here to help and we guarantee that you will get a store credit in a timely manner.


Send us an email at info@dbeautysecrets.com with your request and one of our customer support team will send you the return instructions. Please DO NOT return the items to the address indicated in the package, if returned to the wrong address, unfortunately, we can no longer issue a store credit.

Please make sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return Policy.

  • Items must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.
  • For human hair wigs, bundles, & synthetic hair, please make sure to keep it in its original brand new condition including the excess lace in front untrimmed. Unfortunately, we will not issue a store credit or refund if the item has been altered. 
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are non-returnable.
  • All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a coupon code.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.


This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.

Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of a coupon code minus the initial shipping charge.

We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.


We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
  • Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any online customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.


Orders may only be modified within 30 minutes from being placed as long as your order is not yet processed. We will begin processing very quickly in order to ship your orders as soon as possible.

If you would like to make any changes to your order or cancel your order within the 30 minutes, simply send us an email at info@dbeautysecrets.com. Our business hours starts from 9:00am - 8:00pm (EST) from Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).

We will also charge a 10% cancellation fee from the total amount paid. This will serve as a merchant transaction fee charged by the banks and store payment gateways. If you have any questions, feel free to send us an email.
