Order Processing

Orders may take between 1-3 business days to process before shipping out. After orders are captured in our system and if you would like to make any changes or cancel your order, please send us an email at info@dbeautysecrets.com within 30 minutes of placing your order. Our Representatives are available during our business hours of 9:00am - 8:00pm (EST) from Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).

Note: Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order.

Once shipped, a tracking information will be sent to you via email. If there are any shipping delays, you will be notified as well.

Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays and additional charges. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.

Standard Shipping

We offer standard 3 to 5 business days in USA, 3 to 8 in Europe. 5 to 15 for the rest of the world after fulfillment. Shipping time may vary depending on destination.

Note: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our carriers (including FedEx, DHL, UPS and USPS) are unable to guarantee delivery standards, so you may experience shipping delays to receive your order. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Shipping & Handling Fees

We charge shipping from $5.99 - $19.99 depending on the number of items you plan to purchase and FREE Shipping for US Orders over $99 (except during sale events).

For the cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a different shipping address cannot be verified.

Deliveries to APO/FPO/PO boxes cannot be time-frame guaranteed nor can the package be tracked. We recommend all deliveries be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked and delivered correctly.

D'BeautySecrets.com is NOT responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for international deliveries. Any refused international packages (including Canada) will only be refunded 50% of the total order amount.

Changes & Cancellation of Orders

Orders may only be modified within 30 minutes from being placed as long as your order is not yet processed. D'BeautySecrets.com begin processing very quickly in order to ship all orders as soon as possible.

If you would like to make any changes to your order or cancel your order within the 30 minutes, please send us an email at info@dbeautysecrets.com. Our business hours of 9:00am - 8:00pm (EST) from Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).

D'BeautySecrets.com will also charge a 10% cancellation fee from the total amount paid. This will serve as a merchant transaction fee charged by the banks and the store payment gateways.

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays and weekends do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If you need additional information, please email info@dbeautysecrets.com.

If you are concerned with weather delaying your order, check the Service Alerts page on FedEx, DHL, UPS or USPS for updated notices about shipping delays due to weather.

D'BeautySecrets.com is NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages, if your package is lost/stolen, we advise that you file a claim for the item with the courier.

Track Your Order

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched. You will be able to track your parcel status using the tracking number.

The shipping details are not updated till the carrier picks up the package and it is scanned at the sorting center. This could take another 24 hours for the scans to show.

Incorrect Shipping Information

D'BeautySecrets.com is not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to the missing, incomplete, or incorrect delivery information. Please take great care to enter the correct shipping details at checkout.

If you realize you have made an error, e-mail us at info@dbeautysecrets.com as soon as possible explaining the error and provide the correct information within 2 hours of purchase. However please understand that once your order is already processed, we can no longer make any changes or cancel the order at this stage.

Sales Tax

D'BeautySecrets.com is required to collect sales tax in accordance with each states’ respective sales tax laws. The appropriate charges will be added to your order total during checkout and displayed on your final order confirmation. If you have questions about your state’s sales tax, please contact your State Tax Agency.

International Taxes & Duties

International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by D'BeautySecrets.com, and thus cannot be refunded.

We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
